Immunofluorescence analysis of FGF5 was performed using FGF5 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (16H65L55) (Product # 704990) on 70-80% confluent U-2 OS cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 15 minutes and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hr at room temperature.
