PA1-831 detects FosB from mouse cells and tissues.
PA1-831 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~41 kDa protein representing FosB and an ~38 kDa protein representing FosB2 in NIH 3T3 serum stimulated cells.
The PA1-831 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues T(102) S Y S T P G L S A Y S T G G A(117) of mouse FosB.
