GAS41 Antibody (A304-722A-M) in WB
Detection of human GAS41 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GAS41 antibody A304-722A-M (lot A304-722A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

GAS41 has high sequence homology to human MLLT1, and yeast and human MLLT3 proteins. Both MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins belong to a class of transcription factors, indicating that the encoded protein might also represent a transcription factor. This protein is thought to be required for RNA transcription. This gene has been shown to be amplified in tumors.
