GATA-1 Antibody (61535) in ChIP
GATA-1 (pAb) tested by ChIP. ChIP was performed using the ChIP-IT® High Sensitivity Kit (Cat. No. 53040) with 15 µg of K562 cells and 10 µg of GATA-1 antibody. ChIP DNA was used in qPCR with the gene-specific primer for PROX (a gene involved in heme biosynthesis that is regulated by GATA-1) or negative control primer as indicated.
