Immunohistochemistry analysis of GBP6 in paraffin-embedded esophagus tissue. Sample was incubated with GBP6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55978) at a dilution of 10 µg/mL (RT, 1 hour). Antigen was retrieved through addition of boiling Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9 in a pressure cooker for 3 min.
