GOSR1 Antibody (PA5-117973) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of GOSR1 in Hela cells. Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117973) with a dilution of 1:200 (4°C overnight), followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and DAPI (blue).

This gene encodes a trafficking membrane protein which transports proteins among the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi and between Golgi compartments. This protein is considered an essential component of the Golgi SNAP receptor (SNARE) complex. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene.
