Western blot analysis of GPR142 using GPR142 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18926) (1 µg/mL) in staining of Human Liver lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) with (B) and without (A) blocking with the immunising peptide. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
