Surface Plasmon Resonance of GPR4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-70638). Purified polyclonal antibodies were immobilized on a Protein A/G coated Carterra LSA sensor chip at concentrations of 5, and 50 µg/mL in duplicate. G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPR4 is a member of this family (subfamily lysophospholipid/lysosphingolipid) and its expression has been reported in kidney, heart, and especially lung, where it is at least five-fold greater than in other tissues.
