Western Blot analysis of H1FNT using the H1FNT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-116381) at a 1:2000 dilution. MCF-7 whole cell lysates were loaded at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 28 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
