Immunohistochemistry analysis of HEN2 in human esophageal cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with HEN2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99778) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

HEN2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded HEN1/HEN2 in mouse heart tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with HEN1/HEN2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99778) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

HEN2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of HEN1/HEN2 in HT-29 cell lysate. Samples were incubated with HEN1/HEN2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99778).
