Hsp110 Antibody (600-401-F52) in WB
Western Blot of rabbit anti-Hsp110 antibody. Lane 1: human cell mix. Lane 2: none. Load: 35 µg per lane. Primary antibody: Hsp110 antibody at 1:1,000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: IRDye800 rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4°C. Predicted/Observed size: 96.9 kDa/~115 kDa for Hsp110. Other band(s): Hsp110 splice variant and isoform.
