Immunohistochemistry analysis of Human IgG4 (S228P) Fc VHH in paraffin-embedded human tonsil. Samples were treated with antigen retrieval using 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0, then incubated with monoclonal Human IgG4 (S228P) Fc VHH (Product # MA575526) antibody at a dilution of 1:300, followed by Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (1:500) and DAPI.
