IL17D Antibody (MA5-24033) in Flow
Flow cytometry of IL17D in Mouse splenocytes. Samples were incubated in IL17D monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24033) or isotype control antibody followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab)2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.

In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17D, recombinant mouse (rm) IL-17, rmIL-17B, rmIL-17C, rmIL-17E, or rmIL-17F is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that shares the sequence similarity with IL17. The treatment of endothelial cells with this cytokine has been shown to stimulate the production of other cytokines including IL6, IL8 and CSF2/ GM-CSF. The increased expression of IL8 induced by this cytokine was found to be NF-kappa B-dependent.
