Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. IL22, a homolog of IL10, is secreted by T cells and binds to and signals through the class II cytokine receptor family (CRF) heterodimer IL22RA /IL10RB. IL22 induces the production of acute-phase reactants.
