Influenza A NS1 Antibody (PA5-32243) in ICC/IF
Influenza A Virus NS1 antibody detects NS1 (H1N1) protein at by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: A/WSN/33 infected Vero cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 20 min. Green: NS1 (H1N1) protein stained by Influenza A Virus NS1 antibody (Product # PA5-32243) diluted at 1:500. Blue: DAPI staining. Yellow: WGA life stained at 37°C,30 min.

Influenza A viruses are single stranded, negative sense RNA viruses. Two distinct non-structural proteins NS1 and NS2 are translated from one of the eight RNA segments by using different reading frames.The influenza A virus NS2 is located in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. NS2 is essential for nuclear export of influenza virus ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes.
