JM4 Antibody (PA5-116833) in WB
Western blot analysis of JM4 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with JM4 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116833) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

JM4 is a 19 kDa four-transmembrane protein binding to the CCR5 receptor. It plays a role in the regulation of intracellular protein transport. It is expressed in normal brain, small intestine, lung, spleen, and pancreas and has also been detected in tumors of breast, colon, lung, and ovary.
