JMJD2A Antibody (PA5-115459) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of JMJD2A in human pancreatic cancer. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115459) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

JMJD2A is a member of the Jumonji domain 2 (JMJD2) family and a protein containing a JmjN domain, a JmjC domain, a JD2H domain, two TUDOR domains, and two PHD-type zinc fingers. This protein functions as a trimethylation-specific demethylase, converting specific trimethylated histone residues to the dimethylated form, and as a transcriptional repressor.
