Immunohistochemistry analysis of KLHL9 in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer. Samples were incubated with KLHL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76275) using a dilution of 1:100. Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

KLHL9 is substrate-specific adapter for a CUL3-based E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. Within this complex, it controls the dynamic behavior of AURKB on mitotic chromosomes and thereby coordinates faithful mitotic progression and completion of cytokinesis.
