LAX1 Antibody (PA5-47652) in WB
Western blot analysis of LAX1 in Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in LAX1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47652) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for LAX1 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
