LCMT1 Antibody (PA5-121424) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of LCMT1 in A549 cells using LCMT1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-121424) at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Perlecan is an extracellular matrix proteoglycan. It has a large core protein of 400-450 kDa and is often produced with heparan sulfate side chains. Perlecan is found in basement membranes where it contributes to the permeability characteristics, serves as a substrate for vascular cells and binds growth factors involved in vascular remodelling.
