LDHC Antibody (PA5-30079) in ICC/IF
LDHC Polyclonal Antibody detects lactate dehydrogenase C protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: NT2D1 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: lactate dehydrogenase C protein stained by LDHC Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30079) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Lactate dehydrogenase C catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. LDHC is testis-specific and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. Two transcript variants have been detected which differ in the 5' untranslated region.
