LUZP4 Antibody (CF809074) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LUZP4 (RC215624, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LUZP4. Positive lysates LY413991 (100 µg) and LC413991 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
