MAD2 Antibody (MA5-27761) in WB
Western Blot was performed using Anti-MAD2 Monoclonal Antibody (GT1761) (Product # MA5-27761) and a 23 kDa band corresponding to Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint protein MAD2A was observed across across the cell lines tested. Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HEK-293 (Lane 1), A-431 (Lane 2) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX).
