MAP1LC3C Antibody (PA5-100600) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MAP1LC3C in HepG2 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with MAP1LC3C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100600) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

靶标信息
MAP1LC3C, also named as LC3C, belongs to the MAP1 LC3 family. It is the human homolog of yeast Atg8 and is involved in the formation of autophagosomal vacuoles, called autophagosomes. LC3C is produced by the proteolytic cleavage after the conserved C-terminal Gly residue. The antibody is specific to the prepeptide of LC3C.
