Immunohistochemistry (Frozen) analysis of MAP6 was performed in frozen-sectioned adult mouse cerebellum tissue using MAP6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78399) at a dilution of 1:250 (Green). Red: NF-H, stained by NF-H antibody diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 10 min.
