Western blot analysis of MERS Coronavirus NP in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were incubated with MERS Coronavirus NP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-119579) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Separated by 10% SDS-PAGE.
