MFF Antibody (A305-638A-M) in WB
Detection of human and mouse MFF by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5 and 15 µg) 293T, (50µg), and Jurkat (50µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MFF antibody A305-638A-M (lot A305-638A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
