MIS12 Antibody (PA5-118064) in WB
Western Blot using MIS12 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118064) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 24 kDa. Observed band size: 26 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
