MRFAP1 Antibody (PA5-106420) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MRFAP1 in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with MRFAP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106420) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

This gene encodes an intracellular protein that interacts with members of the MORF4/MRG (mortality factor on chromosome 4/MORF4 related gene) family and the tumor suppressor Rb (retinoblastoma protein.) The protein may play a role in senescence, cell growth and immortalization. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
