Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
MSH6 belongs to the Mutator S (MutS) family of proteins. It contains the Walker-A/B adenine nucleotide binding motif. MSH6 has an intrinsic ATPase activity. It is involved in DNA damage repair. It functions exclusively when bound to hMSH2 as a heterodimer. It is reported that mutations in hMSH2 was associated with cancer.GenScript MonoRab™ Human MSH6 Antibody (X129), mAb, Rabbit is produced from cell culture in vitro under conditions free from animal-derived components.
靶标信息
The DNA mismatch repair MSH2/MSH6 heterodimer is responsible for the detection of DNA damage, and may promote apoptosis in normal cells, thus protecting mammals from ultraviolet-induced malignant transformation and hence the prevention of skin cancer.
