Western blot analysis of MYF6 using MYF6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19291) in Lane A: HEK293 lysate (10 µg protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human MYF6 with MYC tag probed with MYF6 Polyclonal Antibody (0.5 µg/mL). Lane B: Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with MYF6 Polyclonal Antibody (0.5 mg/mL). Lane C: transfected HEK293 lysate probed with anti-MYC Tag (1:1,000). Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
