MYO19 Antibody (PA5-31992) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of MYO19 showing staining in the cytoplasm of SK-N-SH cells. SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37°C for 30 min and stained using a MYO19 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-31992) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Myosins are actin-based motor molecules with ATPase activity. Unconventional myosins serve in intracellular movements. Their highly divergent tails are presumed to bind to membranous compartments, which would be moved relative to actin filaments. MYO19 is involved in mitochondrial motility.
