Mig-6 Antibody (PA5-88982) in WB
Western blot analysis of Mig-6 in extracts of Rat lung. Samples were incubated with Mig-6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88982) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 5 min.

ERRFI1 is a cytoplasmic protein whose expression is upregulated with cell growth (Wick et al., 1995). It shares significant homology with the protein product of rat gene-33, which is induced during cell stress and mediates cell signaling (Makkinje et al., 2000).
