PA5-19427 targets NSD3 in ICC/IF, IHC (P), and WB applications and shows reactivity with human samples. For IHC staining, heat mediated antigen retrieval is recommended.
The PA5-19427 immunogen is synthetic peptide derived from residues 500 - 600 of Human NSD3.
PA5-19427 detects NSD3 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 72.6 kDa and 161 kDa.

This gene is related to the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome candidate-1 gene and encodes a protein with PWWP (proline-tryptophan-tryptophan-proline) domains. The function of the protein has not been determined. Two alternatively spliced variants have been described.
