Western Blot using Neutrophil elastase Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81378) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Mouse Brain tissue lysate, Lane B: NIH-3T3 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 28 kDa. Observed band size: 28 kDa.

This antibody has specificity for Mouse ELA2/Neutrophil Elastase.
靶标信息
The neutrophil form of elastase is 218 amino acids long, with two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains (see glycosylation). It is present in azurophil granules in the neutrophil cytoplasm. There appear to be two forms of neutrophil elastase, termed IIa and IIb.
