OSTF1 Antibody (A303-004A) in IP
Detection of human OSTF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSTF1 antibody (Product # A303-004A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. OSTF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-OSTF1 antibody BL10922, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated OSTF1, A303-004A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
