HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PAMR1 (RC224357, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PAMR1. (1:500)

靶标信息
PAMR1 may be involved in regeneration of skeletal muscle. Although related to peptidase S1 family, lacks the conserved active Ser residue in position 665 which is replaced by a Thr, suggesting that it has no protease activity.
