Western blot analysis of PIEZO2 in 15 µg of mouse skeletal muscle lysate. Samples were incubated with PIEZO2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143835) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG HRP conjugate secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. 1 h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Exposure: 30 min.
