PA1-27486 may be successfully used in Western blot applications. By Western blot, this antibody has only been tested on fusion protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to human Pancreatic lipase-related protein 2.
靶标信息
PNLIPRP2 is a lipase with broad substrate specificity. It can hydrolyze both phospholipids and galactolipids. It acts preferentially on monoglycerides, phospholipids and galactolipids. PNLIPRP2 also contributes to milk fat hydrolysis.
