PRRS Virus GP3 Antibody (PA5-119591) in WB
Western blot analysis of PRRS Virus GP3 in Non-infected (-) and infected (+) Marc-145 whole cell extracts (15 µg). Sample was separated with 12% SDS-PAGE, incubated with polyclonal PRRS Virus GP3 antibody (Product # PA5-119591) at a dilution of 1:500, and followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
