PSMD6 Antibody (A303-827A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse PSMD6 by western blot (h and m) and immunoprecipitation (h). Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HeLa (H; 50 µg), Jurkat (J; 50 µg) and mouse NIH 3T3 (M; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PSMD6 antibody (Product # A303-827A) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).

This gene encodes a member of the protease subunit S10 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the 26S proteasome which colocalizes with DNA damage foci and is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquinated proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
