Plet1 Antibody (MA5-24321) in IHC (F)
Immunohistochemical analysis of Plet1 in immersion fixed frozen sections of adult mouse kidney. Samples were incubated in Plet1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24321) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to medulla collecting ducts.
