RABEP1 Antibody (A302-820A) in IP
Detection of human RABEP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RABEP1 antibody (Product # A302-820A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. RABEP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RABEP1 antibody A302-821A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated RABEP1, A302-821A was used at 1 µg/mL,. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
