RABL2B Antibody (PA5-104051) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RABL2B in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RABL2B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104051) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

The RABL2B protein is a member of the RAB gene family which belongs to the RAS GTPase superfamily. RABL2B is located within a subtelomeric region of 22q13.3. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.
