RPL7 Antibody (PA5-101391) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of RPL7 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RPL7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101391) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

RPL7 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry analysis of RPL7 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RPL7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101391) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. RPL7 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of RPL7 in rat testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RPL7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101391) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

RPL7 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of RPL7 in extracts from various samples. Samples were incubated with RPL7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101391). Lane 1: Rat liver, blocked with antigen-specific peptides; Lane 2: Rat liver; Lane 3: Mouse brain; Lane 4: Hela cells (heat-shock treatment); Lane 5: Hepg2 cells (heat-shock treatment).
