RyR1 Antibody (PA5-111900) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RyR1 in paraffin-embedded rat skeletal muscle tissue sections using RyR1 Antibody (Product # PA5-111900) at a dilution of 1:100. RyR1 is expressed in fibers of striate muscle. Note that smooth muscle in the arterial walls is negative as well as the surrounding connective tissue. Hematoxilin is used as the counterstain.

Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4 degrees C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20 degrees C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g 5 min).
