SAH3 Antibody (A300-261A) in WB
Detection of human SAH3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: NETN whole cell lysate (20 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAH3 antibody (Product # A300-261A) used at the indicated concentration for WB and 2 µg/mg lysate for IP. Detection: HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Product #A120-101P) used at 1:10,000 followed by a chemiluminescent substrate and exposure to film for 10 seconds.
