Immunofluorescent analysis of SARS-CoV-2 NSP11 (strain Wuhan-Hu-1) in mock and transfected 293T cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nsp11 stained by SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nsp11 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143475) diluted at 1:2,000.
