SEMA6A Antibody (MA5-50386) in WB
Western Blot analysis of SEMA6A using SEMA6A Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50386) in NT2D1 (30 μg) and RMS 13 (30 μg) whole cell extracts at a dilution of 1:1,000. Extracts were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. An HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
