Western blot analysis of SLA2 in (Lane 1) mouse liver lysates (20 µg), (Lane 2) human spleen lysates (20 µg), (Lane 3) K562 whole cell lysates (20 µg), (Lane 4) MOLT-4 whole cell lysates (20 µg). Samples probed with SLA2 Antibody (Center) (Product # PA5-49464) at 1:2000 dilution, followed by Secondary Goat Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 29 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
